"It supported and propelled a new body of work that ended up establishing a new working process for me that I am continuing to develop."
— Hanna Hur
"The works/animations I did on the walls were a MAJOR turning point in my practice. I never would have been able to develop that method of working, become more disciplined, or realize what it takes to pull off a large scale installation without that year of freedom at YYZ."
— Shannon Gerard
"YYZ has a strong reputation, I'm happy to have the show on my CV. The show was reviewed, which was also an honour."
— Annie Dunning
