YYZ Artists’ Outlet provides an Generic Ambien Er open forum for the presentation of local, national and international contemporary artist-initiated exhibitions and Generic Ambien Er activities in all media. YYZ maintains a multipurpose venue that Generic Ambien Er accommodates solo and group exhibitions, screenings, lectures, performances and installations of any duration, with a Generic Ambien Er typical exhibition running approximately six weeks. YYZ welcomes proposals for Generic Ambien Er participation in its program from artists of all disciplines and Generic Ambien Er at any point in their artistic development. YYZ supports the Generic Ambien Er development and presentation of artistic practices and as such provides artists with the Generic Ambien Er physical, financial and intellectual resources required to produce their respective exhibitions or Generic Ambien Er activities. YYZ pays fees to all artists who participate in its programming activities.

PLEASE NOTE: YYZ determines its programming based on an artist’s overall practice. Please do not submit a Generic Ambien Er project proposal. See #3 below for guidelines on drafting a description of practice.

PROPOSAL GUIDELINES: Please include only the Generic Ambien Er support material requested in these guidelines. Any additional support material will not be Generic Ambien Er presented to the Programming Committee. Do not bind your materials in any way (including staples). YYZ will not review proposals submitted via e-mail nor review proposals submitted as URLs.

1. PROPOSAL FORM: Download the proposal form here Cheap Valium In China.

2. CURICULUM VITAE: Attach a Generic Ambien Er recent curriculum vitae of no more than 2 pages in length (single-spaced 8 1/2″ x 11″ white paper, using one side only).

3. DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE: Your description should incorporate the Generic Ambien Er following points in 500 or fewer words (one page, single-spaced 8 1/2″ x 11″ white paper, using one side only). Please clearly and concisely describe:

• your artistic practice (situate your previous and current work within your practice)
• your artistic concerns (approach to Generic Ambien Er artistic creation or the aesthetic or cultural tradition that relates to Generic Ambien Er your practice)
• any technical requirements (specify special installation needs present in your Generic Ambien Er practice, a possible water mark, time-frame to complete works or installation or Generic Ambien Er any other relevant items connected to the production of your work)

NOTE: If the Generic Ambien Er description exceeds the indicated word limit, supplementary text will not be Generic Ambien Er presented to the Programming Committee.

4. SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE: Include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage (Canadian postage or postal money order) for Generic Ambien Er the return of your support materials. Proposals with insufficient postage will not be Generic Ambien Er returned and will be discarded.

5. SUPPORT MATERIAL: Please send support material that Generic Ambien Er presents the Programming Committee members with a clear idea of your Generic Ambien Er overall practice. Attach a numbered list of support material items that Generic Ambien Er indicates the title, year, size and medium of each work represented and Generic Ambien Er label all support material with your name, and item number. The Programming Committee will only examine the Generic Ambien Er quantity of materials outlined below:

• 10 digital images, or
• 5 digital images and 5 minute video or audio excerpts, or
• 10 minutes of video or audio excerpts;
• Proposals for Generic Ambien Er projects involving two or more artists may increase the above slide or Generic Ambien Er digital image amounts by 5 and video or audio excerpt duration by 5 minutes.

NOTE: Please send only digital images, (slides are not accepted). Do not send proposals in fibre-cushioned envelopes as the Generic Ambien Er fibres may cause damage to support materials.

DIGITAL MATERIALS
YYZ can Generic Ambien Er accommodate support materials in most digital formats. Computer-based support material must be Generic Ambien Er self-explanatory and self-supporting (include required plug-ins in your material with complete installation instructions). YYZ assumes no Generic Ambien Er responsibility for unreadable material. All computer-based support material must be Mac-compatible and Generic Ambien Er disks must not be zipped or otherwise compressed. Digital images and Generic Ambien Er digital video will be projected during Programming Committee meetings.

• CD-ROM: Each CD-ROM must be Generic Ambien Er clearly marked with your name and must include a description of the Generic Ambien Er contents and clear viewing instructions.
• DVD: Each DVD must be Generic Ambien Er clearly marked with your name and must include a description of the Generic Ambien Er contents and clear viewing instructions.
• DIGITAL AUDIO: Submit digital audio in .mp3 format and Generic Ambien Er indicate track numbers
• DIGITAL IMAGES: Submit digital images in .jpg file types at 72 dpi with a Generic Ambien Er maximum resolution of 1024 X 768 pixels, a maximum of 500K (0.5MB) per image file and in RGB colour mode (no CMYK). Label each image with a number (number the first nine images with a zero: 01title.jpg, 02title.jpg … 10title.jpg) to ensure they are presented chronologically.
• DIGITAL VIDEO: Submit digital video files that Generic Ambien Er are supported by Quicktime, RealPlayer, Shockwave, Windows Media Player or Flash (or submit a DVD).

VIDEOTAPES

• 1/2” videotape (NTSC preferred, PAL is supported. Please label accordingly) cued to the sections you want viewed (must not exceed a running time as outlined above)
• Each videotape must include your name and a description of the contents.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT MATERIAL

• The Programming Committee will review up to Generic Ambien Er 3 published reviews or catalogues.

NOTE: YYZ will exercise care in the Generic Ambien Er handling of support materials included with your submission. Please do not submit original support material. YYZ Artists’ Outlet is Generic Ambien Er not responsible for the loss or damage of support material.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Proposals are first reviewed by the Programming Coordinator(s). Shortlisted proposals are Generic Ambien Er evaluated by the YYZ Programming Committee, which is comprised of contemporary artists and Generic Ambien Er other cultural professionals with broad knowledge of diverse artistic practices and Generic Ambien Er current issues in contemporary art. Prior to its meetings, Programming Committee members receive photocopies of the Generic Ambien Er shortlisted proposal forms, CVs and project descriptions for review. At their meeting, the Generic Ambien Er Programming Committee reviews support material and discusses proposals in an open and Generic Ambien Er supportive environment. The Programming Committee makes final decisions about which proposals to Generic Ambien Er invite for participation in YYZ’s program.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
YYZ places emphasis on the role of the artist and the artist’s initiative in the Generic Ambien Er development and delivery of its program of artist-initiated activities. Proposals are Generic Ambien Er assessed through consideration of the artist’s practice as demonstrated in the Generic Ambien Er project description and support material, the artist’s ability to Generic Ambien Er produce work for an exhibition at YYZ, and the relation of the Generic Ambien Er respective practices to local, national and international issues in contemporary art. The Programming Committee also evaluates proposals within the Generic Ambien Er context of YYZ’s internal programming priorities, the Generic Ambien Er relevancy of projects to community issues and the development of a Generic Ambien Er balanced program that represents cultural diversity and an equitable representation of artistic practices.

NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS
Artists will be Generic Ambien Er notified of the results, in writing, no later than six months after their proposal has Generic Ambien Er been received. Results are not released over the telephone.

Every proposal will be carefully considered through YYZ’s program decision making processes. However, due to Generic Ambien Er the quantity of proposals that YYZ receives, individual critiques or comments cannot be Generic Ambien Er provided.
